WHY THE SUBCONSCIOUS MIND?

Everything begins in the mind and is aimed at improving ourselves and keeping us safe- our learning, confidence, joy, relationships, interactions, creating, career... even our health! I'll help you understand how to use your mind to get radical results and be more in touch with and love your true self, to rewire your brain for what you do want. It’s a complete science based transformative thinking & healing system that goes beyond focusing only on symptoms -we go to the real cause of issues, those core imprints in which our lives our built upon. It doesn't have to take months or years to experience real change... most experience things improving during the first session!

 

The subconscious mind is very influential in our day to day living, mostly without us even realizing it.  During sessions, I combine trainings from Coaching, Bilateral Eye Stimulation, Tapping (FasterEFT style), NLP, Memory Reconsolidation, Systems of Change, Law of Attraction and my spiritual intuition to address aspects of conditioning, limiting beliefs & your thinking styles that keep you feeling stuck or creating challenges in your life. Then together, we upgrade your mind for what you do want. I call these BEST Sessions.

​HOW LONG ARE SESSIONS & WHERE ARE THEY HELD?

Our sessions are typically 2 hours & are held online. They are completely confidential.  We begin with a thorough intake to elicit the thoughts, beliefs, meanings and attitudes driving the behaviors you’d like to change, as well as to get clear about goals & outcomes you'd like to accomplish. After the intake (a portion is done ahead of time), the actual change work is done, followed by skill building exercises for emotional freedom, self-empowerment and understanding between our sessions.  Youth sessions are generally shorter, depending upon the age.

HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?

Many factors influence your changes; they're different for every client. I offer packages with 4 sessions or more. You'll have time to make some real changes, complete homework, and understand the basics of this process so you can use it for yourself.  I compare problems to driving to a specific location; we often have different routes to get there. When we have multiple sessions, we’ll be able to address what comes up between sessions and make sure as many “routes” as possible are cleared.

By the time we're adults, we've had years of practicing our problems. When you really want to change things in your life, a package of sessions can clear out the core imprints, symptoms, limiting beliefs and any links associated to the problem(s). This is a dynamic process and during sessions, you'll learn and be able to use the basics of it on your own. You wouldn't just go to therapy once or twice and expect real change to happen, would you? This is much faster although it still takes some time to clean up all the "roots" to the problem.

 

WILL I HAVE TO TALK ABOUT UNCOMFORTABLE MEMORIES?

No, unlike talk therapy or counseling, it’s not necessary for the details of situations to be shared if you’d rather not. I sometimes even discourage clients from telling the story of particular events because advanced brain understanding makes it clear, repeated thinking of and talking about what happened can actually strengthen those neural pathways to the problem/trauma, which makes it easier for you to re-experience and feel it.


CAN THIS HELP ME WITH WEIGHT, PHYSICAL PAIN OR ILLNESSES?

Absolutely. The body and mind are one system and are always communicating with each other. The body will express what is happening on the subconscious level of the mind.  Very often chiropractors and body workers refer clients who have not been making much progress with their current treatment plan; they know there are inner mind workings that need to be addressed.

WHAT IS TAPPING?

Tapping is an efficient, effective and often fun and quick healing tool. It is used to change the references held in the subconscious that result in problems in all areas of our lives. Tapping can be used to solve any issue - financial, personal, professional, emotional, psychological, physiological, or health related. Tapping is an easy pattern interrupt for us to use in sessions, as well as a scientifically proven way to calm the nervous system. Once you learn how to operate your own mind, you can choose to use alternatives to tapping and still get the same effects.

WHAT IS BILATERAL EYE STIMULATION?

Bilateral stimulation is a technique designed to activate the right and left hemispheres of the brain. This phenomenon has been found to regulate the rational and emotional parts of the brain and change how distressing memories and traumas are processed. Additionally, bilateral stimulation can help modify how the body responds to stressful circumstances. This is a relatively new evidence-based & effective intervention involving eye movements and visualization aimed to help quickly alleviate symptoms and create change. Clients have been amazed at how quickly it shifts things.
