BEST SESSIONS

BEST stands for Bilateral Eye Stimulation & Tapping, the two main approaches used to achieve rapid transformation. *See below for why these are such powerful techniques. I also combine my training in Coaching, NLP, Hypnosis, Memory Reconsolidation, Systems of Change, Law of Attraction, Spirituality, and Intuition to create a powerful way to address all aspects of our conditioning, trauma, negative memories, limiting beliefs & unhealthy thinking styles.

By combining EM with Tapping in a unique way for you during our sessions, things can shift so fast!

 

WHAT IS BILATERAL EYE STIMULATION?

A technique designed to activate the right and left hemispheres of the brain. This phenomenon has been found to regulate the rational and emotional parts of the brain and quickly change how distressing memories & traumas are processed, thus creating something akin to a new set of "instructions" in your brain- such as, "No longer get triggered by this." Additionally, eye movements (EM) can help modify how the body responds (sensations) to emotional things. This is a relatively new evidence-based & effective intervention involving EM and visualization, aimed to help quickly alleviate symptoms and create real change. Clients have been amazed at how quickly shifts happen, even to big traumas!

WHAT IS TAPPING?

Tapping is an efficient, effective, often fun and quick healing tool. Tapping can be used to resolve things too - financial, personal, professional, emotional, psychological, physiological, or health related. It serves as an easy pattern interrupt for us to use in sessions, as well as a scientifically proven way to calm the nervous system. Once you learn how to operate your own mind, you can choose to use alternatives to tapping and still get the same effects.

WHY THE SUBCONSCIOUS MIND?

The subconscious mind runs about 95% of all we do, without us realizing it. Many are surprised to learn there is nothing wrong with them. The subconscious mind uses the information you've stored there - much imprinted by the age of 7, to influence every decision you make in less than a split second and is the seat of your triggers, learning, confidence, joy, relationships, interactions, creativity, career... even your health can be influenced - and yet these crucial skills aren't taught to us. I think this needs to change!

 

I help you learn some basic tools while we rewire your brain for what you do want, so you can not only experience change, but continue to create it once our work together is completed. It doesn't have to take months or years to experience real change... most experience things improving during the first session!

​HOW LONG ARE SESSIONS & WHERE ARE THEY HELD?

Our confidential sessions are typically 1.5 - 2 hours & are held online. We begin with a thorough intake to elicit the thoughts, beliefs, meanings and attitudes driving the behaviors you’d like to change, as well as to get clear about goals & outcomes you'd like to accomplish. After the intake (a portion is done ahead of time), the actual change work begins, followed by a written summary of our session, practices for emotional freedom, self-empowerment & understanding & returns for our next session. *Youth sessions are generally shorter, depending upon the age.

HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?

Many factors influence your changes; they're different for every client. By the time we're adults, we've had years of problem practicing. When you really want to change things in your life, a package of sessions can clear out the core imprints, symptoms, limiting beliefs and any links associated to the problem(s). I compare problems to driving to a specific location; we often have different routes to get there. With multiple sessions, we’ll be able to address what comes up between them & make sure as many “routes” as possible are cleared. You'll have time to make some real changes, complete homework that brings more awareness & understanding of the basics of this process so you can use it for yourself. *See session options

 

WILL I HAVE TO TALK ABOUT UNCOMFORTABLE MEMORIES?

Not if you don't want to- unlike talk therapy or counseling, it’s not necessary for the details of situations to be shared. I sometimes even discourage clients from telling the story of particular events because advanced brain understanding makes it clear: repeated thinking of and talking about what happened can actually strengthen those neural pathways to the problem/trauma, and that makes it easier to re-experience and feel it again.


POSSIBILITIES ARE ENDLESS!

The body and mind are one system and are always communicating with each other. The body will express what is happening on the subconscious level of the mind.  Very often chiropractors and body workers refer clients who have not been making much progress with their current treatment plan; they know there are inner mind workings that need to be addressed. Clients are amazed at how things addressed in one area positively influence other aspects of their lives.
